b. Equotee aims to provide users with the ability to leverage their equity for home improvements, thus enhancing the quality of housing stock in New Zealand over time.

a. In order to access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

c. You acknowledge that Equotee is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any information or content provided by users through the Website. Equotee does not endorse any user-generated content and disclaims all liability in connection with such content.
